Abstract
The following are described as new genera and species from Chile: Araucaniopsis gen. n., with A. asymmetricus sp. n.; Newtoniopsis gen. n., with N. thayerae sp. n.; Peckardia gen. n., with P. forcepsia sp. n.; and Pseudonargiotes gen. n., with P. filicornis sp. n. A detailed description of these genera and species is presented, plus keys to and diagnoses of the genera and species and data on examined material. The monotypic genera and their species Eunemadus chilensis Portevin, Falkocholeva cribellata (Fairmaire & Germain) and Nemadotropis stenosoma Szymczakowski are reviewed and the sternites of 7th and 8th female abdominal segments and the spermathecas are described for the first time.
